English Only Homestay for Females - June 30

We have been having international students staying with us for a long time. We help our students with their English who give the interests to learn. We are looking for mature, friendly, respectful, open-minded female students for a family atmosphere. We are very outdoor orientated, biking, hiking, camping, and walking in the parks and join local community activities. The students are very welcome to join us for all the activities and have a great time during their stay. We have no children but a VERY FRIENDLY small dog. If you like dogs, you would love our dog! We provide a variety of meals of different cuisines (Western, Chinese, Japanese & Korean food) with a lot of vegetables. We love watching TV with our students after dinner and have great conversations all the time. We treat all our students as family members . We are in Vancouver (one zone). Our house is 3 minutes walk from 29th Ave skytrain station and bus stops. It takes about 15 to 20 mins to downtown Vancouver by skytrain. *-*-*-* Yellow room - Available on June 30 *-*-*-* - Rent: $ 720 (3 meals a day) - Furnished bright room with a window, a Queen size bed, a dresser and a big closet - Laundry, Wireless internet & utilities are all included - Outside smoking is okay, but definitely not inside! *-*-*-* Dark Blue room - Available on June 30 *-*-*-* - Rent: $ 750 (3 meals a day) - Furnished bright room with a window, single bed, shelf and a closet. A door to balcony with DT and mountain view. - Shared washroom with another person. Full bathroom outside of bedroom door. - Laundry, Wireless internet & utilities are all included - Outside smoking is okay, but definitely not inside!
